Dino Zoff, one of the world's best goalkeepers, holds the world record for holding a clean sheet the longest time, 1142 minutes. From September 1972 to June 1974, he was unbeatable. He also holds the record for the oldest player, age 40, to win the World Cup.

While with Juventus, Zoff won five league titles and in 1982, captained Italy to a World Cup win.

Zoff became a coach for Lazio, after retiring, later becoming president of the club. In 1999 he was lured away to coach for the national team.
